Summary of Job:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will provide support services to the Home Services Support Manager and staff as a key component to the Home Services team. This role provides accurate, detailed and comprehensive information enabling the management team to make effective business decisions. Critical thinking, fundamental understanding of full cycle accounts receivable and a commitment to efficiency and detail are vital to the success of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)


  • Coordinate with staff to accurately collect on all overdue accounts.

  • Process, calculate, and document the weekly accounts receivable for each Home Services Consultant.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Lee Company credit card payments.

  • Process and document all manual check requests from the Home Services staff in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Provide assistance and team support for other Home Services admins, managers, and staff.

  • Process and recommend all customer account credits and/or debits to ensure proper account balances.

  • Research and advise management on all Home Service invoicing problems or issues.

  • Process and manage all customer related financing agreements.

  • Recommend overdue accounts for collections.

  • Able to handle stress and job demands.

  • Able to cooperatively work with others.

Education and Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years collections experience

  • 3 to 5 years data entry/administrative experience

Skills and Abilities:


  • Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

  • Must be able to type proficiently. 60+ WPM w/ accuracy.
