The Financial Analyst role is expected to drive significant improvements to the performance and predictability to the cash conversion cycle by cleaning-up and automating Accounts Receivable processes. The role expected to be an integral member of the finance and accounting team, with especial responsibility to partner cross-functionally with sales and account management to improve company cash-flow performance.
Essential Functions
Drive significant improvements in velocity and efficiency of the invoicing and collection process
Identify technology / services to improve efficiency of basic invoicing and/or collection functions.
Partner with the leadership team to assess and implement an upgrade to the existing ERP system and to optimize the Quote to cash function of said ERP
Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
Significant aptitude for business process improvement design and implementation
Experience in evaluating and/or implementing ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the company mission.
Flexible and able to multi-task; work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
