Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to manage the hiring process for Reconn field technicians from post-interview through class start. This includes making offers, setting up and reviewing drug screens, communicating with field operations, and ensuring that all reports are complete and accurate.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with RPO contact

  • Review drug tests and disposition candidates

  • Communicate with field operations and make job offers

  • Provide timely and accurate follow up with operations and the candidates

  • Rescind offers, as needed

  • Ensure all information for all classes is complete and accurate (includes candidate status/notes, background check and drug screen status, hotel information, etc.)

  • Send confirmed hire reports as needed

  • Provide on-boarding support and ensure packet completion

  • Provide I-9 support & ensure completion

  • Monitor USIC onboarding mailbox

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred

  • 3-4 years human resources experience

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping

  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good judgement in a fast-paced environment

  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices

  • Experience with Workday preferred

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
