maintaining documents and files in the Real Estate File Room
maintaining, creating, and deleting Real Estate files and boxes in the Record Retention warehouse
providing general File Room clerical support, clerical support to the Lease Administrator, and completing miscellaneous items/projects as needed
High School diploma or equivalent experience
basic knowledge of filing
Real Estate terminology and general knowledge of Real Estate legal documents
knowledge of basic computer functions, including general internet skills
requires excellent writing and communication skills
ability to work independently and handle confidential data with discretion
ability to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets via Word and Excel
analytical and research skills
ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while being organized
good human relation skills, including being cooperative and a team player
prior clerical/filing experience for 6 or more months
Publix and Real Estate’s filing system—both electronic and hard copy—procedures and retention policies
knowledge of the Compass system and other Real Estate/Publix computer programs.
