Job Summary:

The Senior Compliance Analyst position will be responsible for the submission/coordination of property and casualty product filings and other regulatory compliance activities as they relate to the North America Programs business unit.

Job Duties:

• Assist with competitive research, preparing and processing program product filing submissions through SERFF system.


• Familiarity with researching ISO forms and circulars.


• Conduct pre-filing requirement review before submission, including numbering form sets and coordinating state objection responses with Legal, Actuarial, and Underwriting.


• Track and report product filing progress.


• Manage documentation and retention of all program filings and final policy/endorsement versions for monitoring compliance with rate and form.


• Communicate and respond to program underwriters’ inquiries on filing statuses, strategy for obtaining approval, provide recommendations, etc. as needed.


• Communicate with program managers in relation to DOI bulletins and other regulatory updates.


• Other regulatory compliance projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent prior experience, preferably in insurance compliance department.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).


• Working knowledge of ISOnet and SERFF.


• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills.
