The Workday Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining all integrations between Workday and external systems. You'll need at least 2+ years of systems integration experience and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one.This is a 100% remote position.
We have expanded into Canada, Australia and Europe (Sweden and Germany) so multi-national experience, or the interest to gain that experience, is highly preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the ERP Support team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Create and maintain software integrations between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday's API and Workday Reporting Services.
Performs diagnosis and troubleshooting support of software integrations.
Responsible for providing remote support to end-users of the software integrations.
Answers calls, remote assistance, documentation and managing tickets to ensure internal customers are responded to in a timely manner.
Support the acquisition processes by creating new integrations as needed.
Support the acquisition processes by helping convert legacy data to Workday formats.
Supports the change management processes by providing estimates on effort, defining requirements, designing the solution, and creating/implementing testing plans.
Participates in system upgrades, integration and/or testing of new functionality as requested.
Collaborates with internal support teams to ensure additions and/or changes are completed in a timely manner.
Exercises safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
Participates in the company's continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
Keeps up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops.
Performs other duties as assigned.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma/GED
2+ years of advanced experience with integration systems
Workday Integration experience including use of Eclipse and Workday Studio
Experience with web service technologies (SOAP, WSDL, XML, REST, JSON)
Ability to work as part of the team and independently
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize as necessary
Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Solid organization and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Workday Pro Studio Certification
Associates Degree or higher from an accredited university
Experience working with Workday, Salesforce, or other SaaS applications
Experience working with various software integration applications
Experience in business accounting principles
