AMETEK Hughes-Treitler (HT) is the industry leader in high-performance, plate-fin, Aluminum/Inconel heat exchangers for Military and Commercial Engine, Rotary, Airframe, and similar applications. HT specializes in custom build-to-specification applications where thermal performance, weight, structural and reliability are key considerations. HT provides Engine Surface Coolers, Fuel-Cooled Oil Coolers, Air-Cooled Oil Coolers, high temperature Buffer/Pre-Coolers, and bundled Heat Exchanger/Fan/Blower/Duct systems for the most challenging applications/requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY
Process workload through the Vacuum Braze Dept

2nd Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00a

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Unload completed furnace loads
• Perform preparation and setup of furnace loads prior to brazing
• Review and record required process cycle data
• Maintain furnace cycle logs and thermocouple use logs
• Adhere to strict furnace cycle schedule
• Other duties may be assigned.

Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
• High School education

Language Skills
• Must be able to read, write, understand and converse in English

Other Skills and Abilities
• Must have the ability to read blueprints and braze parameter sheets
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have the ability to work with hand tools
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50lbs

• Vacuum Furnace

• Manual furnace loader
