Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: 1 On Call Position. Provide superior guest service to all guests. This must be accomplished by role modeling our service behavior standards. Employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Bartending experience is required.

Must be upbeat and positive and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment.

Must meet professional appearance standards outlined in Employee Handbook.

Provide fast, friendly, professional service to our guests.

Prepare and pour drink orders with the proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.

Keep area stocked (evaluate liquor inventory, order accordingly, slice and prep fruit for garnishing)

Great all guests using the 5-10 rule and all service behavior standards.

Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, co-workers and management.

Team player.

Ability to monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene accordingly to guidelines.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 1 years' experience, must be 21 and older. Alcohol Awareness card, Health Card, Non-Gaming Card Required

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 60 lbs. Push and pull up to 60 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Accurate Money/chip handling. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold). Understand, read, write and speak English .
