They will have the support of ED Assistant Nurse Managers, ED Nurse Educators as well as a strong staff, many of which are CENs. 

The Assistant Director of Emergency Department job requirements leadership experienced  in the Emergency Department, have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred to have Graduate degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration , working knowledge of accreditation, safety, quality improvement, shared governance and project management and ability to demonstrate participatory leadership style, successful strategic planning & analytic problem solving.
