Limited travel may be required depending on the job assignment.



Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development

- Real-time operating systems and development of real-time software

- Windows and Linux/Red Hat based Software/Simulation Model Development

- Extensive Professional experience with C, C#, C++, Python, Java

- Extensive Professional experience with scripting languages

- Extensive Professional experience with Git

- Extensive Professional experience with MS Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code

- Experience working in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams.



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


- Tactical communication networks simulation, programming, and services is a plus

- Experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus

- Product Owner and/or Scrum Master experience is a plus

- Automated testing and/or continuous integration is a plus

- Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile development experience (e.g. VersionOne)
