  • Georgeson LLC offers a full suite of unclaimed property services and for more than two decades has worked with leading corporations and financial institutions to help individuals recover assets from forgotten or abandoned accounts and other lost investments. Our services include:

    • Shareholder CleanUp Programs - assist shareholders with updating and reactivating their accounts
    • PostMerger CleanUp Programs - assist un-exchanged shareholders with exchanging shares after a merger, acquisition, or reorganization
    • Unclaimed Asset Programs - locate owners of uncashed checks
    • Unclaimed Property Consulting - support with audits/VDAs and M&A due diligence to identify potential unclaimed property risk
    • Unclaimed Property Annual Reporting - support with due diligence mailings, managing all state reporting requirements and remittance of property
    • Oddlot Programs - assist clients with reducing shareholder and proxy related costs by managing oddlot holders

A Role You Will Love
The Account Executive manages mid-range to large revenue client relationships and monitors the operations of most of the product lines offered by Georgeson LLC, including but not limited to: PostMerger CleanUp, Shareholder CleanUp, Unclaimed Asset Programs, Oddlot Programs, Owner Location and Escheatment Services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project and Operational Management of mid to large revenue Georgeson LLC product line programs.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Issuer Clients, CPU Relationship Managers and Business Partners.
  • Resolve internal client and operational issues.
  • Draft program literature and produce progress reports for direct Issuer clients.
  • Project and forecast revenue opportunity for all assigned clients.
  • Maximize revenue and minimize costs operationally across all product lines.
  • Act as a mentor to Account Manager staff.
  • Track and monitor program results to ensure projected revenue and response rates are realized.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Other education and key skills required for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of existing and new client relationship management experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal business partners and clients.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.
