Job Description:

NI is looking for a Channel Communications Manager to drive partner engagement for all partner types, by creating a scalable communications strategy and feedback methods, that yields that drives engagement and loyalty, resulting in positive business outcomes for NI and our Partners.

•Create a strategy for driving partner engagement, that allows the appropriate resources within NI to engage partners on all subjects that drive profitable business velocity.

•Set goals and report partner engagement metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of different programs are well understood.

•Creates methods for feedback from partners that ensures prioritization, actioning and closed loop communications with Partners.

•Defines 1 to many and 1 to few communication approaches, leveraging technologies that drive innovation.

•Works closely with Partner Programs, Partner Marketing, Partner Sales and Events Organization to align subject matter experts to different modes of communication and process.

•Engage with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure partners are informed and updated, driving accountability and performance.

•Clearly understands partner strategy and can represent that strategy in broad communications.

•Owns and champions an iterative communications and content strategy for NI Partners that increases partner engagement. Drives NI team to execute on partner engagement.

•Designs and manages processes, projects, and programs. Leverages organizational skills, analytical and data insights, support program decisions.

•Assist with partner-facing events

•Set requirements for and lead improvement projects related to partner communications and Partner Hub effectiveness.

•Owns the content governance processes for partner facing messaging.

•Significant contributor Partner Team's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5 years of relevant experience
