Salary is based on years of experience and ranges from $40.60 to $48.90/ hour.
Essential Duties
Performs the duties per the discipline-specific Scope of Practice, including but not limited to:
Examines patients with impairments, functional limitations, and disability or other health-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention.
Alleviates impairments and functional limitations by designing, implementing and modifying therapeutic interventions.
Prevents injury, impairments, functional limitations, and disability, including the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health, and quality of life in all age populations.
2. Engages in consultation, education, and research.
Maintains a record on each patient including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment, progress, record of attendance and summary, in a timely manner. Submit and verify patient charges for services rendered.
Participates in discharge planning process.
Provides appropriate supervision of aides and assistants.
Communicates ideas for new services to VP and HRRMC leadership if applicable. Will conduct recruitment interviews and will maintain candidate confidentiality both internally and externally. Will assist VP with other recruitment activities as assigned.
Under the direction of the director or VP, works within budgetary guidelines to ensure new practices are staffed and equipped accordingly.
Responsible to hold monthly staff meetings with each specialty. Obtains input from employees, supervisors and VP and develops the agenda for staff meetings; leads meetings and ensures agenda is followed. Immediately communicates any issues with VP. Follows up departmental meetings with a written summary to staff and VP.
Establish division goals & develop & execute both short & long range objectives.
Continually assessing and improving the performance of care and services provided, identifying performance improvement opportunities, communicating them to the VP & developing a plan for improvement.
Lead service lines & teams, coordinating with other departments as needed to deliver optimal care.
