Job Description:

The Debt Exchange, Inc. (“DebtX”) is the largest full-service loan sale advisor and loan analytics provider in the country, serving commercial banks, insurance companies, investment banks, debt funds and other financial institutions. DebtX provides a creative and comfortable work environment and the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced growing company.

The Debt Exchange, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Associate to support our growing business. 

You’ll work closely with senior team members to promote the DebtX brand via social media, email/digital marketing, on our website as well as other marketing efforts.  The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized and have great attention to detail.   

 
Responsibilities:

• Create sales and marketing pieces using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.


• Create and distribute email/digital marketing campaigns using MailChimp or similar software.


• Create and post social media for DebtX products using Hootsuite or similar software.


• Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.


• Assist in proofreading all content for accuracy, spelling, grammar and readability.


• Update and maintain DebtX website using WordPress.


• Maintains customer database using Salesforce.


• Contributes to creative design of various projects for all departments.


• Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotions, shipping, and staff travel plans.

 Required Experience:

•  Bachelors’ degree or equivalent and 1 to 3 years related experience.


• Experience and proficiency with graphics, graphic design and visual content generation.


• Must be proficient with the following:

1. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)


2. WordPress


3. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Working knowledge of:

1. Canva


2. SalesForce


3. Hootsuite


4. Mailchimp


5. Vimeo


6. Animoto is a plus

• Highly organized, methodical and detail oriented.


• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in fast-paced environment.


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality work.
