We are looking for a contract full life-cycle recruiter for a long term opening we have supporting hiring for mid to senior level technical professionals for T. Rowe Price. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for fulltime corporate software engineering roles in Fortune 500 companies is a strong preference, as is experience sourcing diverse technical talent. This person will act as a recruiting resource and will be responsible for partnering with mid to senior level hiring managers and business leaders to seek out, assess, attract and present the best external talent for technical positions across the Global Technology organization at T. Rowe Price. Ideal applicants will have experience working on recruitment activities that are generally complex and require good problem solving, judgement and an efficient methodology to keep highly desired candidates engaged throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
Partners with all levels of hiring managers to establish specific attraction and sourcing plans for open positions, consulting with them on defining appropriate candidate profiles and assessment processes. Independently sources and screens/interviews external applicants and advises hiring managers on the technical recruiting market conditions. Manages complex recruitment activity and approaches sourcing process creatively using innovative techniques including LinkedIn, Social Media avenues as well as GitHub and other online resources. Partner closely with your recruiting partner to ensure that your candidates are shepherded through the assessment process in the most efficient way with only the best candidate experience for all candidates. You will be communicating with managers, peer recruiters, scheduling partners, HR Business Partners and candidates/applicants throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Experience sourcing, screening and closing technical candidates into full time roles is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and some level of exposure to applicant tracking systems.
