The Hospital RN Educator will join a nonprofit community hospital that has been compassionately serving its community for over 50 years. The Hospital RN Educator will report to the Director of Clinical Education. The Educator will work with many staff members throughout the facility. This person will participate and collaborate with managers and directors in various departments to ensure staff is educated and performing clinical duties properly. The Hospital Educator will also communicate with nurses daily and new nurses during orientations. 

In this engaged role, the RN Educator will play a vital role in overseeing nursing staff and administration throughout the hospital and provide coaching, mentoring, and counseling to nurses as needed. The Educator will have the opportunity to assess nursing practice in each unit and analyze its impact on patient outcomes. The RN Educator will also manage and direct unit-specific orientations, skills training, and staff education records.
