Due to a promotion, we are seeking our next Engineering Manager for this gorgeous Atlanta property! The ideal candidate will have a combination of luxury hotel, management/supervisory level experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of physical plant and preventive maintenance.

What will I be doing?

• Managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building/s, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Coordinate preventive room maintenance program with departments such as Housekeeping, Front office etc. to maintain the luxury status.
• Conduct and assign preventive maintenance work in kitchen equipment, guest rooms, spa, public areas, banquet areas and hotel mechanical equipment
• Verifies and monitors completion of routine/preventive maintenance, guest requests, work orders and repairs in HotSOS
• Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations.
