Job Title: Senior eCommerce Channel Manager - Greater Chicago Area (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF POSITION:


  • Serve as Digital Commerce subject matter expert and support key customers and assigned brands for BU Sales Team and Brand Marketing.

  • Accountable for achieving defined CRISP (Content, Ratings & Reviews, In Stock, Share of Search, Pricing) KPI’s for Pure Play Digital (Amazon) and all Omni-Channel customers.

  • Act as primary point of contact with assigned customers, field-based ecommerce brand managers (e-BDM’s), BU brand teams, and the Digital Center of Excellence (COE) for activation against KPI's and CRISP.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Lead the development of Digital Commerce annual Net Sales targets for Pure Play (Amazon) and all Omni-Channel customers

  • Partner with Brand General Managers on A&CP/Media annual budget setting and execution plans with Digital Commerce customers. Lead the monthly playbook review process for Omni-Channel incremental Trade and Media requests. Manage Digital Commerce Channel promotion strategies with the Brand teams and BU Sales.

  • Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to ensure Price Pack Architecture (PPA) work has an Omni-Channel perspective to influence the optimal assortment for the Digital shopper. Develop and monitor any e-MAP policies on an as needed basis.

  • Lead point of contact for all Digital Commerce Omni-Channel customer teams.

  • Manage and lead new Digital Commerce Channel product and category marketing strategies to generate profitable annual growth. Leverage Digital Commerce Channel behavior intelligence for brands, shoppers and customers.

  • Develop Digital Commerce Channel programs to ensure shoppers easily locate and purchase K-C brands online. Align programs and strategies with opportunities, limitations and protocols of different channels, formats and customers.

  • Responsible for integrating Digital Commerce initiatives in IMF, AOP, S&OP and BU Sales Communications.

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure successful execution of CRISP targets and provide tracking reports as needed on major initiatives. Ultimately accountable for achieving CRISP KPI’s for Omni Channel customers.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years’ progressive experience in omnichannel sales, shopper/customer marketing;

  • Demonstrated ability to lead business plan creation;

  • Strong influencing skills;

  • Experience with Amazon or Walmart eCommerce;

  • Prior CPG experience a plus.
