The perfect candidate will be able to perform these essential duties (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions):
Setup and perform Manual Grinding and balance operations on various metals, castings, forgings, and fabrications. Continuous operation of Air powered hand grinder to remove material in order to meet balance requirement.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles and may require use of respirator or fresh air system to perform the job. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and will require use of hearing protection.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
