Server (Ko Restaurant)
Providing impeccable service in our signature restaurant featuring award-winning cuisine inspired by the vast collection of ethnicities brought together during Maui's sugarcane plantation era. As a server, you will be ahospitality ambassador that will connect our guests with our diverse culture and island home. Your detailed knowledge, colorful descriptions of our offerings and impeccable servicewill connect our guests to the a dining experienceunlike any other.

What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Your team and working environment:

• Frequent walking, standing and sitting throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
