YOUR ROLE
The Senior Shopper Solutions Manager - HQ COE is responsible for proactively identifying growth opportunities for Henkel brands within the Laundry category.
The Sr. Manager Shopper Solutions will partner with Henkel cross-functional stakeholders, leadership, and field teams to bring shopper-based thought-leadership that delivers actionable solutions.
Responsible to develop, execute, and analyze complex data to identify and quantify category and brand growth opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop national and retailer/channel-specific strategies that drive shopper-motivated growth
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Category tools and analytics to brand and field teams
Act as the primary contact for Shopper Solutions HQ category needs with Sales Strategy and Marketing
Manage and present Henkel category business updates and concrete, actionable recommendations to executive leadership
Lead the development and deployment of reporting solutions for the Sales organization
Proactively provide internal stakeholders with timely and relevant business insights and trends that motivate shopper behaviors
Manage assigned vendor relationships and workloads for HQ Shopper Solution needs (e.g. IRI projects)
YOUR SKILLS
B.S. or B.A. degree, with 7-10+ Years CPG experience, with 5+ years in Category Management/Shopper Insights
Mastery in syndicated and household panel data (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator), proficiency in primary & secondary consumer/shopper insights
Ability to influence decision makers across all levels of internal and external organizations through translation of data into insights into business solutions
Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, innovative/creative thinking, collaboration, business acumen and prioritization skills. Excellent oral and writtencommunication
Proficiency using Space Management applications (Apollo, Spaceman, JDA Space Planning) aplus
PowerBI experience aplus
Effective time management, organization, and the ability to self-motivate are required in order to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
The salary for this role is $116,000.00 - $169,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
