The Food & Beverage Supervisor will have a primary focus on the Market Place. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services of the Market Place in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will have a primary focus on the Market Place. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services of the Market Place in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise and train team members in all Market Place services and operations
• Assist management in the selection of new hires
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Assist team and guests with grab & go items, cashiering, restocking and preparing coffee (Starbucks coffee items - training will be provided)
• Maintain cleanliness of the area and ensure equipment is well-maintained
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
• Perform staff and additional duties, as required
