What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Recruiting – Creating job postings

  • Interview scheduling

  • Completing new employee forms

  • Performing reference checks

  • Maintaining employee records electronically and hard copy files timely and efficiently

    • Leave of absences, personal information, absence requests, etc



  • Preparing announcements

  • Performing data entry payroll functions with timesheets

  • Coordinating and participating with various employee events.

  • Assist with trainings and offering support to other coordinators.

  • Assist with Receptionist duties such as covering the switchboard when needed and other departmental needs.

  • Processing and auditing various employee forms and ensuring their accuracy.

  • Communicating with our employees daily and helping them with HR related questions and requests.

  • Assist and participate in enhancing our employee programs

  • Assist with other HR related administrative tasks that may not be mentioned in this posting.

  • Highly proficient in use of various Microsoft OS and MS Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Associates degree or experience equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is required and the ability to read, write, and communicate in both languages

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
