The Opportunity

DAT is looking for an Sales Fulfillment Coordinator  to join our award winning Customer Support team in Beaverton, Oregon.

You'll be supporting our Authority Sales team by providing fulfillment for products and services sold by the team. Candidate Profile


  • Efficient and detail oriented in processing sales orders and information in a timely manner.

  • Excellent record keeping, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

  • Outstanding communication, teamwork and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

  • Support the DAT Authority Sales group by tracking all all their incoming sales and deliverables.

  • Maintain an accurate record in the Salesforce CRM of all services performed.

  • Directly contact customers to obtain required information to fulfill the services.

  • Accurately track and maintain all current state forms.

  • Maintain contact with state offices to facilitate delivery of the services sold.

  • Communicate directly with customers, handling their requests in a professional manner.

  • Gather feedback from customers to share suggestions with Product Management and Engineering for improvements to products.

  • Identify potential upsell opportunities to share with Sales.

  • Suggest updates to processes, and opportunities to improve systems.

Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in state and government authority is highly desired.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desired.

  • Excellent record keeping skills, accuracy and attention to detail is essential for success.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and internet navigation skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Teamwork oriented, with a positive attitude.

  • High school diploma required.
