Summary:
The Analytics Consultant will be responsible for research analytics - deep diving into complaints - doing research to gain insights the trends. The Consultant will also be performing record research, deep diving into the complaint to identify impactful gaps or risk.
REQUIREMENTS:
MS Excel VLOOKUP's/pivot tables; Able to analyze, look at complaints, and categorize
Ability to make presentations within PowerPoint - will be presenting to executives
Experience working in complaints; Ability to complete research within complaints data as well as system of record research, deep diving into the complaint to identify impactful gaps or risk
Ability to identify and understand areas of potential risk
Ability to compile, and design data into LOB presentation material executive summaries
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
