Description: Looking for a team member to process the time worked, attendance and employee deduction information in the payroll system.

Duties:

• Prepares payroll reports as needed.


• Responsible for processing time and attendance for transmittal for employee paychecks.


• Maintains employees and management trust and confidence and protects payroll confidentiality.


• Calculates and prepares paychecks.


• Assist employees with payroll related issues.


• Organizes and distribute payroll checks.

Experience:

• 3-6 years experience with payroll, payroll laws/rules and payroll systems.


• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience


• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area


• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision


• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

Education:

• High school diploma with some college experience is preferred.
