Ply Gem Windows$25 - 38 per hour$1000 Bonus

Schedule: Sunday-ThursdayHours: 11pm-730am
Opportunity Description:
Maintains, services, and repairs plant equipment and systems. Performs planned maintenance and contributes to a safe and efficient working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hands on maintenance of machinery and equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs PLC / computer controlled equipment.
2. Completes assignments through use of technical manuals, electronic test equipment and vendor and/or department resources along with using common hand tools and test equipment.
3. Ability to safely affect adjustments to a variety of programs that currently exist and adapt to new programs.
4. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs pneumatic equipment and systems. Identifies, adjusts, and replaces components used in automated machinery.
5. Ensures complete documentation of repairs. Records and provides repair information to be entered into CMMS system.
6. Assures accuracy of parts usage, and ensures information is relayed to all involved parties in a timely and professional manner.
7. Responsible for the documentation and procurement of information and materials to perform essential job functions.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High School

Experience:
2+ years hands on maintenance experience in similar environment. Occupational and trade schools may apply.

Skills/Abilities:
This position requires independent, creative, problem solving skills to maintain our complex machinery and systems
