YOUR ROLE


  • Plans, manages and executes the overall direction for global digital touchpoints, social media activities across global markets.
  • Plans, manages and executes special digital platform projects across global markets for a focused / all product category.
  • Conducts analysis of own/competitor's digital activities across relevant digital touchpoints for fast learning sharing and effective roll-outs.
  • Collects and analyzes data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment.
  • Tests and rolls out new applications / functionalities.
  • Implements and manages or supports implementing of digital campaigns and strategy development per brand cluster.
  • Develop the B2B CRM Strategy in alignment with the business unit's given objectives.
  • Plan the B2B CRM Campaign Calendar with our agencies and internal business stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize campaign toolkits (email templates etc.) to be able to repurpose & run campaigns faster and more consistently, aligned to the calendar.
  • Co-manage our external agencies to optimize impact, efficiency and drive ultimately incremental sales and conversion through both the inside sales team and the field team.
  • Create smart customer segmentation methodologies.
  • Lead the set-up of ways of working to drive efficiencies and best practice sharing.
  • Lead the operations team in the agency to ensure quality implementation of campaigns.
  • Lead the operations team in the agency to ensure delivery of reporting and insight, meeting business KPIs and implement appropriate test and learn plans.
  • Engage and coordinate with multiple parts of the organization (Marketing, Customer Service, Content & Services, Product Divisions, eCommerce...) and partner agencies to help define agreed objectives, processes, campaign briefings and reporting/measurement.
  • Coordinate standard database dashboard reporting and insights.
  • Engage your day-to-day stakeholders with CRM communications activity and inform them on the insights driven from the program.
  • Fully understand the wider CRM Strategy (B2C also) and give input to management in terms of connection with B2B.
  • Leads front end and/or technical implementation of digital platforms such as brand websites, new tools, new social platforms
  • Collaborates with global marketing team and creative agencies to organize effectively upgraded digital campaigns for launches/re-launches.
  • Translates the current communication strategy into a holistic mobile first digital and touchpoint strategy.
  • Drives consolidation and evaluation of existing local portals / channels into master architecture.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong marketing background with a minimum 4 years' experience in CRM, preferably B2B.
  • Experience of creating and executing B2B CRM Campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation technologies : Adobe, Salesforce, Eloqua.
  • Strong B2B marketing background. Must be a good influencer, to work with technology (e.g. product owners) as well as business teams to help bring everyone together to deliver great consistent and impactful digital campaigns.
  • Significant experience working in high performing Digital teams, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Significant experience of leading people to deliver marketing programs through teams, effectively communicating value propositions with global and local stakeholders.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Demonstrated business results from delivering on-time and managing large marketing budgets.
  • Presented frequently to executives to gain widespread support for change management initiatives to seek investment that delivers growth.
  • Strong agency management skills; comfortable, providing creative feedback, driving performance, negotiating.
  • Strong insight and analytical skills.
  • Experience with web content creation and maintenance.
  • Good written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable).
The salary range for this role is $72,600 to $100,00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
