SRG Global is seeking you to become our next HR Generalist based in Evansville, IN!

This position will be key in moving us along in our HR transformation journey. While learning the business, your contribution will be at an HR Generalist level and as our model transforms, your contribution will shift to helping our employees and supervisors create value in our MBM culture through transformation and self-actualization.

This position will require that you live in/near the local Evansville, IN area or be willing to relocate.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Build Our Culture & Business Partnerships


  • Partner with manufacturing plant leadership to advance our MBM culture to attract, motivate, develop and retain a diverse group of employees

  • Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders

  • Influence others without authority

  • Proactively coach leaders to drive results through the disciplined application of MBM

  • Apply judgement based on knowledge and discernment

  • Develop business acumen to understand key drivers of business performance and support delivery of results

  • Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts

  • Investigate questions and/or complaints; resolve employee relations issues

  • Understand the true root cause of issues and develop a plan to resolve them

Advance Our Talent Position


  • Partner with capability teams and staffing agencies to improve our talent position

  • Own hourly staffing: forecasting, staffing plan execution, onboarding effectiveness, and maintain electronic employee files

  • Support performance management and Supervisor development Drive Process Excellence

  • Identify HR Compliance risks and develop gap closure plans to address risks while implementing a systematic approach to maintaining compliance

  • Optimize risk to the company by effectively interpreting current policies and practices while identifying opportunities to drive standardization and eliminate waste

  • Work with a platform mindset to build processes

Deliver on Business Objectives


  • Create solutions that support/enable teams to deliver on business objectives

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:


  • Experience in HR or Training & Development

  • Experience partnering with leadership to develop employees

  • Experience with change management

  • Understanding of employment law


What Will Put You Ahead


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Progressive experience in an HR capacity

  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
