Culinary Servers and Dishwashers -  Assisted Living


We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time Servers and Dishwashers!
Wages starting at $13/hr for full-time ($12/hr for part-time) plus a quarterly Retention Bonus.

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?  



  • Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion.

  • Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.


  • Provides prompt, professional, high-quality of service of resident meals and beverages per resident selections.


  • Monitors resident diet orders and advises nursing staff if menu choices do not adhere to diet order.


  • Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements.

  • Assists in the service of meals in accordance with sanitation standards.  Any substandard quality of food must be brought to the attention of the Dietary Services Manager.

  • Monitors food and beverage to assure proper temperature for service.

Requirements



  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

  • Prior Institutional and/or healthcare service experience is preferred.

  • Prior restaurant/casual dining or banquet server experience preferred.
