Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
Maintains planned food costs through use of approved weekly food cost budget.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring all kitchen and utility staff.
Establishes and maintains appropriate preparation times for all food ordered.
Maintains proper food quality standards through continual training.
Adheres to all hotel policies with regards to hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.
Controls payroll costs through proper use of CHIPA and its reports.
Requirements:
Experience in kitchen operation.
Proficient in purchasing and inventory controls.
Effective with time management skills.
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
