The position of SVP Business Banking Officer is responsible for attaining established individual, department and bank goals through active participation in sales management, lending, deposit growth and officer call programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Community President in all leadership and growth aspects pertaining to the applicable market. The ideal candidate will participate in FNBC leadership and development succession planning activities in preparation for additional leadership responsibilities.
IMPACT:
Meet/exceed specified annual targets and goals for deposit growth, loan growth and relationship referrals.
Participates in leadership training and development activities, including career and life mentoring as assigned.
Serves as a mentor and coach to other commercial lenders, garnering leadership/management strengths and behaviors from each other.
Work directly with the community president to identify opportunities and make recommendations for growing FNBC market share.

Associate degree in business or related field
Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
Equivalent work experience and training may substitute for educational requirements.
