Position: Talent Marketing Specialist
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Work in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment focused on vendor management and data analysists
Build strong relationships with teammates, segment leaders, and external vendors
Collaborate with team members/business partners to develop, execute, and measure multiple integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals
Leverage data to advance paid media strategies, track and report campaign and channel effectiveness, uncover relevant insights, and identify channel optimization opportunities to ensure highest possible return on advertising spends
Optimize performance by quickly identifying causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results through analytics
Perform A/B testing; test all aspects of email marketing, job postings, and social media campaigns including metrics of: time sent, job title performance, subject line, call to action placement
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of key elements of digital marketing campaigns including paid media, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing
Excellent Tableau experience a plus
Strong quantitative analytical fills, problem solving and planning skills
Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
Experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
Work requires adaptability to changes and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Proven ability to take initiative and achieve results
Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
SQL experience a plus
