Responsibilities:

Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management records management systems, and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals. Provide comprehensive content management of intelligence resources across various mission networks. Oversee personnel and operational activities to support and provide relevant intelligence information to consumers across various structured network domains. Manage web-based resources as well as host unstructured products/intelligence content.  Maintain content websites; updated with current and intelligence content. Provide regular research, engagement with producers, keeping abreast of intelligence requirements, and maintaining situational awareness of crisis situations.  Conduct quality control checks across various content sites. Provide Information Sharing, Data Acquisition, Information Technology solutions in the form of services and software as needed.  Provide updates as required and requested to meet deliverable schedules.   

Minimum Qualifications: 



  • 4 years Demonstrated experience managing content - and look/feel of SharePoint sites as a site collection administrator.




  • Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross - domain operations.




  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.




  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.




  • Demonstrated understanding of metadata.




  • Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks




  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.




  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.




  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.




  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.




  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.




  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic product




  • Consistent with Presidential Executive Order 14042, you must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The Executive Order generally requires that federal workers and federal contractor employees be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022



Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 15 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline

Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Required Experience: 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+

*Active Top Secret/SCI with SSBI and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph is required for consideration*

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
