The HR Project Management Office / Data & Analytics (PMO / D&A) is a function within the Human Resources division dedicated to providing an organization-wide view and approach to project management, talent / people analytics, and HR technology. The HR PMO / D&A team partners across all HR functional areas to ensure a data-driven approach is applied to project selection / execution and talent management opportunities.
As an HR Analytics Analyst Intern you would exhibit curiosity, analytical acumen and an operational mindset. We are looking for someone who has a background in Business / Data Analytics and demonstrates an interest in Human Resources. The ideal candidate understands the power of data and the limitations of both analytic models and human gut experience. You know that making the right decision, first requires employing strong consulting and business skills to engage leaders in framing the right questions and then presenting the data in a meaningful and insightful way.
