Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Earth City, MO.
Summary:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Interface Supply Chain team; including, but not limited to, researching shipping and procurement issues, resolving delivery problems, managing project requests, and other daily warehousing tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Specialist will research and resolve purchase order issues; Engaging internal customers, vendors, technicians, regional operations teams to resolve issues in a timely fashion
Support field installation by processing and managing part orders and transfers
Help resolve back-order issues
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will build effective relationships with internal partners and vendor contacts
Assist in processing requests for equipment returns
Performs related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical with solid organizational skills
Comfortable working in multiple software programs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-directed, with ability (once thoroughly trained) to operate independently of regular direct supervision
Strong time management and prioritization skills
