GENERAL SUMMARY:

This Division eBusiness Manager functions as the single point of contact for eBusiness in the South Division. The Division eBusiness Manager supports all Airgas.com activities, and identifies opportunities to utilize Airgas' digital offering to improve the customer experience. This position is responsible for customer setups, internal and external training, general website support and questions, as well as working with various groups throughout the division to improve the customer's experience as it relates to Airgas.com.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Single Point of Contact for all website-related eBusiness needs in the South Division

* Coordinate training of customers and division associates on the benefits and general usage of the Airgas.com site

* Work with the sales force and assist with presentations of Airgas.com to interested customers

* Providing reporting and communication of eBusiness performance

* Serve as escalation point and program manager to ensure resolution of business and/or technical issues

* Managing the communications process inside the division in regards to the eBusiness program;

* Act as the liaison for the division in regards to issues, concerns, etc., that need escalation to the Corporate team

* Collect and deliver to the corporate team any enhancement requests on behalf of the division

* Work with the Customer Experience Organization, as well as other functional teams, on various projects to improve the customer experience

* Keep the division informed on any Airgas-wide initiatives related to eBusiness

* Coordinate with the division pricing team when there is a pricing issue on the website

* Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent experience

* Familiarity with basic eCommerce principles, technology and terminology.

* Customer facing experience with a marked understanding of customer needs and processes.

* Demonstrated ability in establishing constructive and effective relationships both inside and outside the organization; ability to command trust and respect.

* Must have a strong "customer service" mindset

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the work environment is an office setting

* Occasional overnight travel.

* Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.

* Job requires visitation of various Airgas and customer sites, which have varying environments/conditions, layouts, and accessibility.
