RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Manager in Boston, MA.

Summary:
The Digital Product Manager will drive and help execute eCommerce initiatives, collaborating with geo partners and user experience to define detailed user stores, manage backlogs, and user acceptance testing based on a strong understanding of consumer needs, insight and in-depth data analysis.

The Work:
As a Digital Product Manager, you will partner closely Product Managers and collaborate with our Technology, User Experience and Regional Digital Commerce teams to:


  • Define business requirements for key capabilities through user story identification and acceptance criteria based on business objectives and end user experiences

  • Execute product roadmap deliverables including user personas, user journeys maps, and testing scripts

  • Monitor and inform on progress of ongoing capability enhancement roadmap

  • Identify opportunity spaces and recommend relevant features, capabilities, and tools for prioritization

  • Analyze customer insights, industry trends and analytics for assigned features

  • Partner with User Experience team on how customer experience will be implemented

  • Partner with Analytics team on KPI measurement and insights

  • Partner with Testing and Optimization team on learning agenda and opportunities

  • Partner with Digital Technology on development execution, participating in development sprints, user acceptance testing and ongoing releases

  • Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and implement new functionality







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce business with 1-2 years in product management

  • Proven record of partnering with cross functional teams through ideation, design, and delivery of digital products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating ability to understand and discuss technical concepts

  • Passionate advocate for the customer with experience in consumer research and testing methodologies

  • Strong acumen for web analytics, market research, and ability to build ROI driven business cases for new features and capabilities

  • Experience facilitating enhancements in an iterative design and development process that leverages agile principles

  • Team player with strong communication and collaborates to build strong relationship with cross functional partners and stakeholders in merchandising, marketing, design, user experience, and technology
