Manage the overall operations of the Nashville plant for Novo.  Working with GM to achieve operational, financial and safety objectives for the facility.  Oversees The development of the various plant teams and hourly associates.

Helps review Fill Rates, Productivity results, Safety Works annually to develop budgets and objectives.  Handles customer issues with service, develops cost savings initiatives while improving the service to our customers.

5 Plus years of plant operations, bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of commercial laundry operations, with understanding of healthcare laundry processing requirements, regulations and HLAC and Hygienically Clean. Knowledge of production requirements, productivity tracking.

Understanding of OSHA requirements, safety, and knowledge of laundry processing equipment.  Understanding of leadership development of management teams.
