Role and responsibilities:

This unique role supports a team that is working with a segment of the financial markets. If you are interested in financial services, consider this support role. The candidate will support both internal teams across service lines and external clients. The responsibilities consist of delivering a high-quality finding to the team in a compressed timeframe. Overall, we are looking for:


  • Significant experience with research tools both public records and with proprietary databases.

  • Ability to organize, analyze and summarize voluminous amounts of data to key points of understanding.

  • Perform detailed analysis of and subsequent reporting of investigative findings for enhanced due diligence projects.

  • Participate in a team environment and work diligently to meet client deadlines and quality expectations.

  • Demonstrated written communication skills.

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience including experience in criminal and civil litigation research for enhanced background checks.

  • Experience with a variety of commercial and proprietary databases to include, but not limited to, Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, CapitalIQ, PACER.

  • Strong organizational skills along with a technical ability to maintain records and present information.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience with interacting with senior client facing professionals.

  • A true understanding of the pace and rewards in working in a professional services environment.
