We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Analyst, Supplier Relations at any of our Concordance locations/remote. The primary role of a Business Analyst, Supplier Relations is to is provide analytical support and guidance to our departments across the company.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze root causes of variances and propose recommendations on areas of improvement.


• Analyze supplier relation results while also accurately predicting expenses on a short- and long-term timeframe.


• Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the supplier relations data processing through analytical review and trend analysis.


• Partner with accounting team to develop scorecards and efficiency metrics for supplier relations data.


• Other projects and duties as assigned (includes ad-hoc reporting and analysis, assistance with budgets and mid-term planning).

What You will Need to be Successful:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis required, including experience in the budget/forecast/modeling processes. Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).


• Strong project management skills with a focus on organization, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.


• Proven track record of increased responsibilities and delivering actionable analysis with minimal supervision.


• Ability to navigate through various levels of detail, demonstrating flexibility to dive into details as well as think big picture.


• Ability and aspiration to grow, learn, and develop communication and interpersonal skills to gain trust and influence across the organization.


• Detail-oriented, process-oriented, with the ability to detect errors and identify trends.


• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to summarize data into reports and presentations.


• Ability to organize, prioritize, and to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.


• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.


• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.


• Creative ability to access information from different sources and compile for analyses and presentations.


• Ability to analyze and interpret data in order to determine appropriate course of action.


• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
