Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of an IT Project Manager in Addison, TX.

Responsibilities:

• The IT Project Manager will assist with gathering functional and technical requirements


• Maintains and manages key information such as resource status, schedules, and process documentation


• Assist with technical documentation


• Maintain and monitor project plans by ensuring that tasks are estimated, documented, scheduled, and tracked


• Coordinate tasks through the development life cycle


• The IT Project Manager will work directly with Development and Quality Assurance team members to communicate and confirm requirements


• Engage with management to gather and validate project scope, requirements, and timeline expectations


• Communicate project risks and issues to management


• Assist with user acceptance testing as needed


• As an IT Project Manager, you will provide administrative support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or 2-3 years of relevant work experience and/or


• Minimum of 2-5 years of website project management experience


• Understanding of Project Management concepts (e.g., demand management, prioritization, approval processes)


• Hands-on experience with all stages of the project life-cycle


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Strong analytical skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word


• Familiar with general software architecture


• Familiar with web and mobile application technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, C#, .NET, SQL/databases a plus


• Be able to work independently as well as in a team setting


• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with priority shifts


• Automotive experience a plus


• Jira experience a plus


• Technical documentation experience a plus
