Position Summary:

The Bunge North America, Plant Control Information Technology team provides direct technical support of truck/rail scale automation and vehicle traffic control, crossing all Bunge operational areas, including Grain, Oilseed Processing/Refined Oil, Oil Packaging and Milling located at U.S., Mexico and Canada facilities. You'll have varied and extensive opportunities to perform analysis, testing, training and implementation with software used to give Bunge a strategic advantage in handling vehicle movement, while interacting with enterprise systems such as SAP.

This is a fast paced environment with direct hands on experience in the configuration and administration of software used by our internal business clients and generating reports for our customers as part of our continuous improvement program.

Core Functions:

• Complete product setup and configuration in implementing scale automation software, flow meter interface, rail scales & bulk weigh systems.


• Analyze assignments, develop personal work plan and complete assignments accurately and on time.


• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the other team members as well as business units.


• Participate in a variety of IT Information related projects and initiatives.


• Travel, when needed, to remote sites for hardware &/or software installations & implementations.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will need the ability to work in a team environment, be proactive in work environment and have a personal commitment to accuracy and detail


• Strong communication skills are essential to communicate across team and with business quality assurance laboratory staff.


• Spanish language skills are a plus, with opportunity to exercise on the job.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of IT experience required.

• OneWeigh scale automation software.


• Pervasive Database & Agris software.


• Basic understanding of Electronics.


• PC, Server and Network builds & troubleshooting
