CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managemultiple projects from the conceptual stage through implementation. Solicitsfeedback regarding the operational effectiveness. Work with all internalresources to manage account initiatives and deliverables. Identify projecttimelines and milestones, tracks progress, and ensures deadlines are met.
Facilitateall system implementations and enhancements while working with variousdepartments on project requirements, status updates, testing and validation,and final approval for implementation.
Provideexpertise and knowledge in order to outline specific objectives and processesthat are focused on generating innovative solutions to business problems.
Establishand maintain constructive working relationships and keep stakeholders informedof progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders.Provide all necessary training on new or improved processes as well as ensuringproper training of new employees on processes.
Provideguidance to engineers and work hand in hand with Directors, Warehouse Managers,Supervisors and hourly team members in order to execute the project plan in atimely and successful manner.
Effectivelycommunicates with senior management to remove barriers /obstacles that couldimpair the projects timeline and/or overall success. Escalates to theappropriate leader to keep the project on track, on time and within budget.

Bachelor's degree
Relevant Work Experience
7 years of engineering experience. Distribution or warehousing
Additional
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Project or a similar tool to track project milestones and key deliverables.
Experience in reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of tasks.
Capable of traveling 40% of the time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or general engineering
