Overview:

This position will be responsible for all order entry processing for the Bunge Loders Croklaan North American business. This position will be highly focused on efficiency, accuracy, and ensuring KPI's are met to facilitate a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• 
  Support excellent customer experiences through coordination of order management through careful entry, while monitoring delivery window, inventory availability, and fill rate requirements set by the customer.
  


• Ability to analyze plant and supply chain reports regarding product and shipping availability.


• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, creating a connection and developing a rapport with colleagues to provide excellent service to customers.


• Assist CS management team with issues and other projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Priorcustomer service experience and/or inputting high volumes of data into ERP systems.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills.


• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills.


• Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams


• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word.
