Now hiring for a Production Operator located in Maumee, OH.

$19 per hour! Must be willing to work any shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

In this role your primary responsibility is to produce high quality inks via batch tickets for our customers. You will be responsible for learning machines used in the production and all the processes. The key to your success is to produce the best quality product, on-time while practicing safety as a top priority.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of MS Office


• Repeatedly lifting 55 lbs


• Stand for long periods of time


• Willing to operate a forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment


• Experience with batch manufacturing preferred

Shift:

• Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd


• 2nd and 3rd shift have shift differential


• OT may be required

Pay:

• $19/hour

Retention Incentive: We pay for staying and meeting these 3 qualifications: achieving stellar attendance, successful on the job training (OJT) with NO safety or performance violations/write ups. In return for working hard for us we will pay you $1000 at 3 months, $1000 at 9 months and $600 at 15 months. This is an unbeatable opportunity to earn an extra $2600 in 15 months!
