Position Overview

We are currently searching for an individual with strong industry experience, product knowledge, purchasing, and sourcing capabilities specific to the Digital and Offset printing market. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this high profile, high impact position will liaison with industry suppliers and internal departments to develop and deliver sustainable work processes, geographical and category based coverage models, pricing proposals, mitigation plans, and new product ideation/innovation.  This role will be responsible for ongoing assessment and evolution of our key partnerships and will be tasked with furthering our partnerships through integration and process development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and/or enhance the overall strategy for the Commercial Print Category.


• Research new product categories / techniques to aide in driving sales, customer experience.


• Analyze market conditions, create redundancies throughout the supply chain, and configure internal processes designed to mitigate risk associated market challenges.


• Lead the pricing/sourcing strategy supporting business development.


• Identify commonality in current categories and develop strategies to create advantageous programs.


• Co-lead / contribute to the ongoing management of our primary workflow management solution while actively participating in the evolution of this program/solution.


• Collaborate with industry suppliers and internal cross-functional staff to provide sourcing recommendations.


• Educate peers on industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-7 years’ experience in estimating, purchasing, category management or supply chain specific to Grand Format Printing & Graphics Installation Services.


• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.


• Articulate; expresses ideas, concepts, opportunities with commitment and energy.


• Ability to work independently or within a team framework.


• Customer focus and a “can do” attitude.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
