JOB LOCATION: Indianola YMCA
HOURS/DAY SCHEDULE: Various shifts available; Weekdays from 4-7pm and Saturdays from 8am-12.
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: December 2, 2021 - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will coordinate and engage children in program specific activities through play and interaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Create and plan program activities.
Develop and implement promotion plan to advertise program.
Manage and coordinate program activities.
Develop and implement evaluation plan to learn results of program.
Know emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.
Respond to questions and concerns of program participants and families.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.
Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
