Responsibilities


We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced environment supporting the Commercial Finance Lending and Credit needs of the bank. This position will join a newly formed team to provide dedicated support to our Credit Underwriting and Portfolio Management business unit and will be responsible to help transforming the current technology ecosystem to better support the business.


The Software Developer will develop and enhance systems by learning the operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions; and providing a heavy focus on the overall platform and system integrations.


This position requires the ability to prioritize across multiple activities and projects, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus. Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions are critical.

• Be able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and senior management throughout the company


• Have five to ten (plus) years experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field


• Have three plus years experience in technology supporting financial intuitions, with at least some experience in


• Commercial Lending or Credit


• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field

• Five to Ten (plus) years experience in software development


• Three plus years experience with technology in financial intuitions


• Experience with Commercial Lending or Credit technologies and business processes


• Mulesoft, TIBCO or other ESB integration platforms and software integration patterns


• In Depth knowledge of Microsoft's software development stack (Azure DevOps, TFS, .NET, SQL Server, etc.)


• Working knowledge of other software languages (Java, Scripting Languages, etc.)


• Experience working in an agile environment


• Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, documentation, source control management, build processes, testing and operations


• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch and support of the project


• Ability to document and demonstrate solutions by developing technical design documents, architecture patterns, flowcharts, layouts, software related diagrams, code comments and clear code
