Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the safety, environmental, quality, labor relations and productivity of the employees who are assigned to the melting, molding and maintenance departments.  To be successful in this role, the incumbent must have the ability to efficiently plan, organize, schedule and train employees in a manner that meets or exceeds our Company’s policies and requirements in safety, environmental, quality, labor relations, production and maintenance of equipment.  Regular attendance and preforming these duties as assigned are essential functions of this job.
